Acceptance Of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of skinhairbodyspa.com (the “Site”), operated in connection with Skin Hair & Body Wellness Spa, presented by Wallace Skin & Body Institute. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Informational Use Only
The Site provides general information about cosmetic dermatology, medical-aesthetics services, scheduling, and the Practice. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for an in-person clinical evaluation. Information on the Site is not a promise that a particular service is appropriate, available, safe for a particular person, or likely to produce a particular result. Individual recommendations, risks, alternatives, preparation, recovery, and expected outcomes must be discussed with a qualified clinician.
Do not use the Site for medical emergencies. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.
No Patient-Provider Relationship Through The Site
Visiting the Site, reading its content, sending a general inquiry, or using an online scheduling link does not by itself establish a physician-patient or other treatment relationship. A clinical relationship may be established only through the Practice’s applicable intake, consent, and professional processes.
Appointments, Availability, And Fees
Appointment requests are subject to confirmation, eligibility, and clinician or staff availability. Services, appointment formats, clinicians, products, treatment options, fees, and policies may change without notice. Any discussion of a service on the Site is not an offer or guarantee of treatment. The Practice may determine, in its professional judgment and consistent with applicable law, whether a consultation or service is appropriate.
Third-Party Scheduling And Links
The Site may provide a link to a third-party appointment system or other external resources for convenience. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, notices, and practices. The Practice is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or operation of third-party websites or services.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with Site operation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems; transmit harmful code; scrape, copy, or use Site content in a manner that infringes rights or violates law; impersonate another person; or use the Site to submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or misleading content.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s design, text, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other content are owned by or used with permission by the Practice and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

We work to keep the Site useful and current, but medical, regulatory, technology, and business information can change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that Site content will always be complete, current, or applicable to your circumstances.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Practice and its owners, directors, officers, clinicians, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
